Regular Shipping (2-8 Business Days Aus Wide)
Spend $0 - $149: $9.95
Spend $150+: Complimentary
Express Shipping (1 - 3 Business Days Aus Wide)
Spend $0 - $199: $16.95
Spend $200: Complimentary
All items are dispatched within 1 – 3 business days from date of order. Please allow 24 hours from dispatch for tracking number to be updated.
Orders from Bunbury and surrounding areas within 50km may be delivered directly by one of our team members, in which case you will be notified of a date and time.
International Shipping is a flat fee of $19.95
Return & Exchange Policy
For any faulty or incorrect items, please reach out to our team via the contact us page and we will be in touch to organize a replacement or refund.
For all other returns/exchanges, please carefully read the instructions below.
1. Send us a description on our contact us page and wait for a email or sms with our return address.
2. Place a copy of your invoice in the package (if you don't have access to a printer a note with your name and order number will also be accepted)
3. Take your package to the nearest post office and ship back to us. This will unfortunately be at your own cost.
4. A refund will be issued once the items have been received and checked by our quality control team to ensure they have not been worn, washed or damaged.
5. Exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost to you!
